  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I wrote a song titled "over take" for a client who had rushed into the studio with the idea pouring out of his head. My joy was seeing the audience interact with the song during his concert

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: A project for a show in Uyo, AkwaIbom called "into the south"

  8. A: Digital. Because I love to simplify work using technology

  10. A: You will have a great song in the worst case

  12. A: When songs I write are finally sang by the artitse and they come to life

  16. A: The relevance. Most people don't realize how important songwriters are

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: They're gems hidden in the ones like me just coming on the scene. Hiring a newbie will bring a new perspective to your work.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: My laptop, headphones, a soundcard, midi Keyboard and a mic.

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I began working in a studio as a desk attendant but kept contributing to people's lyrics cause of my background in poetry (I actively practice perfomance poetry) I would later graduate to become a full time songwriter at same studio and garner two years of experience working on random artist songs which is why I'm versatile with genres. I've been writing songs for 3 years.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: Genre bending mostly. I've worked on a lot of genres so when I'm doing RnB and afrobeats you would still spot influences from other genres.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: Ari Lennox because her voice would compliment my type of writing and Wizkid because I learnt how to write laid back Afrobeat songs listening to him

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: The chorus is more important than the statue of liberty, Make it Big!

  32. A: RnB, afrobeats.

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: Writing to beats under short time.

  36. A: The lyrics and Melody

  38. A: 1. Create chord progressions and record on FL studio 2. Create melodies that suite 3. Write lyrics to match the melodies 4. Record all of song. 5. Send to a producer to add extra elements and mix/master.

  40. A: I have my M auido monitors, a midi Keyboard, and a Beringer Microphone. For DAWs, I have FL studio.

  42. A: J COLE, DON JAZZY, JULS, JON BELLION

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: Song writing/composition - I write song lyrics to suite already made beats and also compose songs from scratch with the piano and FL studio
