A: both! whatever fits the environment in which I am creating.

A: cooperation, confidence and open mindness.

A: budgetary concerns, artistic intention and speculations on the piece.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I started studying drums at the age of 9. I studied for a diploma in a dual course for studio production and performance in 2012. I graduated with a Bachelor's in jazz performance on drums and piano from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance in 2015. I graduated (with distinction) with a Master's in Sonic Arts from Goldsmith's, University of London in 2018. I have been travelling and perfecting my interest in environmental sound and sound perservation since. All in all, I have been professionally involved in musicking for the past 20 years.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: listen intently and intensely.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: I usually work on ambient music, as well as environmental composition.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: My strongest skill is my multi-disciplinary approach, informed by both sound arts as well as visual arts.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I bring a different process, which mainly includes spatial mixing and surround sound. I also work with a lot of environmental sound samples, which bring a natural feeling, and add a touch of nature.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: I am influenced by nature and the turning of the seasons. I also like Ryoji Ikeda a lot and classical northern indian music.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: I work with artists, as well as gallery spaces, to produce high-end fine-art exhibitions and sound design for various art projects.
