I was born to create. Music is my specialty. I've been making music for well over a decade and I've explored and studied a wide variety of genres, artists, producers and engineers. I found my niche in groove music and have lived in service of it ever since. I've released a few projects of my own and produced for others.

I'm primarily a songwriter & producer. I walk in the footsteps of those who decided to take everything into their own hands - Prince, Stevie, Todd Rundgren, Tame Impala, J Dilla, Blood Orange - and in doing so have carved out my own path through the music industry. I play multiple instruments (guitar, bass, keys & drums) and sing.

I'm offering you my skills. If you need a song from scratch, I'll write you that song. If you need an already existing song to be produced, I'm here to produce it with/for you. I specialize in Dance, Disco, Funk, R&B, Pop & Hip-Hop.

I believe that the lead vocal of a song should dictate the rest of the song's arrangement. The human voice is the common link between the singer/songwriter and the listener. The rest is magic. That's why most of my instrumentals and beats are mostly free from melodic elements.

I studied audio engineering at SAE Institute Cape Town where I expanded my knowledge of music production and the music industry. We were taught all things recording, editing, mixing and mastering; which took my songwriting and music production to a whole new level.

I write, compose, perform and record music under the moniker 'Face'. My debut EP 'A Dream is a Wish' is available on all streaming platforms and has performed well in my local market (South Africa).
