About Myself:
My name is Timo Brülls. I am 25 years old and live in Hildesheim, Germany. I've been playing drums since I was eight years old. In my carreer I've played in different bands of many different genres (e.g. Rock, Pop, Metal, Hardcore, Ska, Punk and Salsa). This has given me a lot of experience in playing the drums live and recording in the studio.
At the moment, I am studying drums at the Music College in Hannover with the goal to work as a professional musician. I am learning a lot about playing drums in different styles like Rock/Pop, Funk, Jazz and Latin! I also work as a drum teacher at a music school in Hildesheim.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will always give my best until you are totally happy with the result!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love playing the drums, I love recording drums, I love the challenge playing to different songs and styles.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Tom Misch. I love his way to play the guitar way tooo much!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, Rock, Singer Songwriter, Metal, Funk, Soul
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Usually I recieve songs people are working on. Most of the times they are without a drumtrack so I can play whatever I think would fit into the song. I listen to the song very closely and take notes of different parts and kicks I want to play within the recording session. I play to the song again and again until I feel very comfortable and then I hit the REC button.

A: My studio setup includes my Tama Starclassic Bubinga Drumset, High Quality Sennheiser-, Audiotechnica-, Shure and AKG Microphones, recording in Logic Pro X.
