I am one of the top engineers here in Columbus Ohio l. I have over thirty clients, to I have mixed and mastered hundreds of songs which include different genres. I have mixed and Mastered Rock, Pop,R&B,Hip hop, country, gospel, Heavy metal. If not in my area, All I would need is the file and I will be able to mix and master it at an industry level.   1. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  2. A: I would love to work Ed Sheeran for the different approaches he does to songs and the incredible work ethic.

  3. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  4. A: I worked on a project with young artist by the name Cheadoe and I was the engineer for the whole tape. I am proud of it because I recorded, mixed and mastered the the whole tape.He is currently prompting it on YouTube and performing so I know by his confidence he got the sound he wanted.

  5. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  6. A: I am working on two hip hop albums for my clients, Cheadoe and Emmitt Reed.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: I prefer digital because with all these new incredible plug-ins, you can create that same analog sound.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: My promise is to mix and master at an industry level for any client.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: I love seeing people vision come alive in there music. I love seeing the before and after knowing It is gold.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: Most customers ask me how much is the mix and master after they hear my work. Then proceed to asking me if I can mix and master there music. I tell them Is be glad to help you create the sound you want.

  15. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  16. A: My first question is what type of sound are you looking for. Which artist do you feel you emulate the most.

  17. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  18. A: To contact me and I will be more then happy to provide my service .

  19. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  20. A: My career is sound engineering. I earned my bachelors degree in sound engineering four years ago and I have been doing this for the last 13 years.

  21. Q: How would you describe your style?

  22. A: My style is best described with professionalism with an open mind so that the beat sound is made.

  23. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  24. A: One tip I would give is to always makes sure your decibels are correct so you can create better head room for any mix.

  25. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  26. A: I usually work on hip hop music because that is most of the clientele has come my way, but I have done Rock and Roll,gospel, R and B,EDM,jazz and country.

  27. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  28. A: My strongest skill Is my aptitude in knowing what is the right sound and what the client wants and blending it. Mixing and mastering are my strongest skills.

  29. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  30. A: What I bring to the song is a professional sound that can be presented to anybody in this field of music. I change beats.clean vocals and many other effects.

  31. Q: What's your typical work process?

  32. A: My typical work process starts by me cleaning the vocal with eq with compression. I remove unnecessary breaths along with a desser. I remove white noise and then I begin to add effect on vocals to create a uniqueness to the song. After that I begin remaking the beat so that it fits the artist more. Meaning I create drops and eq the beat along with flangers to make the song come out more. Next I begin making my stutters on appropriate spots. Finally I go back and revise everything. I make sure all decibels are correct. I usually wait a couple hours before I come back again revise what I did. If everything is perfect I then master the song. I then create the mp3 and wave file. Test it on different speakers from phone to car to regular speakers. Once everything is perfect I send the song to my client.

  33. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  34. A: My studio has the newest I Mac for optimal performance. I have an Avalon and Apollo interface. I also have subwoofers and a mixture of RX and Yamaha studio monitors.

  35. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  36. A: Greg Wells for his take and approach on vocals. I love the way Scott Storch has beats sounding crisp. I also love the simplicity yet masterpieces made by Dr.Dre

  37. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  38. A: I am optimal in most generes of music but my specialty is hip hop.I have mixed and master hundred of songs for My clients.
