Hannah Woolmer on SoundBetter

As a classically trained violinist with vast experience composing in multiple genres, I'm able to create quality compositions with a very individual sound.

I'm offering original composition for film, game and various other projects.

As a film composer I can create themes and cues using the latest film scoring software. I'm able to create synthetic sound tracks, fully orchestrated scores, minimalist and something in between. I'm experienced in horror, thriller, rom-com, drama, period works and world music.

As a game composer I specialise in fantasy.

I compose theme songs for YouTube channels and music for DJs and music producers.

  35. Q: What's your typical work process?

  36. A: Each project is very different, but it always starts with a conversation with the director or game developer. Sometimes for film I will begin developing a theme months in advance, sometimes I'm required to compose as I get the reel. I always sync films through cubase. I often start with chord progressions tempo and instrumentation and build from there. The music should very rarely take over, rather it should compliment the story
