Hello, I'm a french ambient musician and producer, offering my hears to help people giving their project sound a deepest and lighter balance. Graduated from Paris Fine Art school, i am specialized on mixing and mastering music for record labels.
My previous projects were involving composed and performed soundtrack for films, tv show and radio.
I'm mixing music for digital distribution and vinyl records for companies like Stellar Kinematics, Heia Sun, Narwhal Recordings and also Cranes Records.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm mixing the third solo album of the Mexican singer-songwriter Dani Shivers. I can't really told more about at this time.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Human. Especially when i'm working on electronic sound. I'm trying to stay very close to the artist or the producer vision and want to be most creative as possible. The way I use the mix is to find contrast inside the songs. It should be sounding strong and steady by an healthy balance of the elements, like inside a home. It's all about feeling.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I was started to record music in my childhood. My father was a musician and my uncle a independent record label owner. I was learned with tape dubbing material at the first time and develop with computer on Cubase early in 2000. Formed some rock bands since the teenage time and continued to practice composition, recordings and mixing ours performances.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I'm recording all instruments with an Apple computer using a 16 tracks Alesis mixing console audio card. Instruments are from the 70's and 80's. The panel is : Guild D40 six strings acoustic guitar, Korg analogic synthesizer 8 voices, Yamaha Electone electronic organ, Hohner Pianet T electric piano and Fender Telecaster six strings electric guitar. I'm mixing with professionnal VST plug in : Waves complete plugins collection, Sony Oxford Equalizer, Ozone multiband compressor, Audio Ease Altiverb with impulse response. Studio monitors are twin Yamaha HS7 and I use to different hifi setup for master checking as ghetto blaster, bose and harman kardon bluetooth speaker.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Only use three or four elements at the same time in the mix, not much more cause it will sound your music to loud and not efficient.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: On mixing and mastering session is mainly cold wave and kraut rock project. I compose and record soundtrack it's often ambient, folk and nostalgic kind of music.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm very inspired by the New York City sound with the artists like Benjamin Lazar Davis or Sufjan Stevens. The melody is on the center of the composition like i use it in my own work. Sound and structures are simples and instantly printed in the mind.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: There are both activities in the studio. First is to compose and record music for movies, tv or radio show. The second is mixing and mastering songs for records on digital distribution and vinyl.
