Q: How would you describe your style?

A: New Vintage R&B is probably my style. But im honestly too versatile to categorize

A: Can’t give away my secrets for free! lol Just know quality is GUARANTEED

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: Eric Bellinger "The Rebirth" album. Six songs co-written by me and a great learning experience. Trey Songz "Anticipation 2" 3 songs co-written by me including "French Kiss" also produced by me. Much more to come!

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: Eric Bellinger's new album, EP a few indie projects, finishing my new mixtape/EP, as well as trying to get placements on a variety of other major artists albums.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Digital, its the era i was raised in.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: Quality work with a great turnaround.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: I love music, so its not a job.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: "It's easy". Songwriters are essentially necessary to bringing out the best in those who have raw talent. There are plenty of raw talented singers/rappers who can write as well, but though The Dream will never be as complex vocally as Beyonce, he's simplicity is the perfect contrast in their recipe for magic. (i.e "1+1", "Dance 4 you", "Single Ladies")

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

A: Whose your influences?, where are you at right now in your life with music?, what message are you trying to convey?

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Simply know what you want

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: mac book pro, interface, mic, mic stand, headphones

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: Started making beats in MS and rapping. Rapping turned to battle rapping and then eventually writing for others who could sing at my school. Networked a lot online and got in touch with Trey Songz camp right before the release of "Ready". I also went to Full Sail University in Orlando where I practiced and perfected my craft tirelessly. Moved to ATL to get my start with the Songbook camp with Trey and eventually got introduced to Eric Bellinger in Los Angeles. Every since i've been working hard to continue to build my resume, learn, and now build my own label.

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: Rihanna cause shes a goddess and her music keeps getting better. Anti is the vibe ive always wanted to hear from her and I'd like to provide more of that.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Don't stop working, but don't force it.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: R&b,Trap. Pop

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: Very catchy and dope melodies. But i'd also call my self a wordsmith. I come from a battle rapper background so sometimes it resurfaces.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: Catchiness, honesty, & flavor.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: Kaotica eyeball microphone with Pro Tools/Logic. Also have various studios I work at.

A: Static Major, The Dream, Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, & many more.

A: I song write, produce, vocal arrange, and edit music.
