$200 Service for mixing has a low track or channel count (20max) $100(10max). Includes your basic eq, compression and vocal treatment (Vox tuning and timing). Adding reverb, delays,
and saturation is of no extra cost, thats applied upon request or taste by the engineer.
Important! Trick fx (glitching) or rearranging of the track will have to be agreed to an additional fee and points on production for publishing, since the FX or rearranging has put the engineer in a production seat to create. So with that said, please have your music and vocals as you want them before hand so the mixing engineer can focus on enhancing and bringing out its full potential, not producing.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I tracked a full band with Andy Vargas lead singer for Carlos Santana who is my idol growing up. I was complemented on the setup, and at the time I was not experience at all, I had the knowledge but no hands on, I relied on my ears. I did not decline the opportunity and took on full responsibility knowing the budget involved and the caliber of talent. The sessions went perfect with no doubts as I didn't allow my self to pause or think and flying the faders adjusting eq and compressors on the fly, the night included other bands like Ernest Walker Band, Brent Carter, Tamar Davis, and many other incredible talent. I went home on cloud nine feeling untouchable. Best night ever.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm working on building a brand, how to videos with raw creation and my fear of making mistakes publicly.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Best analog gear going in (with hi-end converter). The capture is vital, a great recording puts you in the ball game 80%. Digital is a must for recall and flexibility. I am currently 100% digital but am not against analog in the least.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My undivided attention and utmost respect to there craft.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The People and networking, best part hands down.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Q: Can you make me sound like Drake. A: Sure, book a session at Drakes studio and have him sing your lyrics and I'll parallel your vocals with his, yours being at -45db. lol JK! "Elvira! I was just kidding!"(Scarface Movie). Hehe, seriously now. I would assume that question as looking for great quality and would make sure they have Recorded with the best gear first or encourage them to do so, then I would ask what Drake album inspired them.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That its for money and fame. I am successful already and would die a happy man knowing I accomplished my greatest creation, My Family. My kids are humble and intelligent and I am confident in there ability to adapt and thrive in there life's. My woman, who's loyalty and love is unrivaled.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Whats more important, the technicality of the song or its projection? Whats your end goal?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Come with a open mind and a sense to explore. My curse is as soon as formality kicks in I am compelled to inject my signature in one way or another.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Electricity won't be on a island, so I would take an acoustic guitar, acoustic bass, snare drum, flute, and harmonica.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: As a youth, I was a rap artist and had great opportunity but declined to raise a family. I have been privileged to have a family to push me back into music and want nothing more of me but to do what I love. I have been slowly with many failures creating since 2008 and after my mother passed in 2017 I have then decided to be devoted in this craft professionally...and Humbly.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Unorthodox and emotional.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Loren Hill, I love her versatility and ability to deliver impact with conviction.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't let technicality or formality be first in your creation, place your hands on a instrument or let a sample inspire you to have some originality to build on from there.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: HipHop/Rap/Dance/Trap is whats mostly these days but I'm creative in other genres as well.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Recognizing potential in others.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Original concepts not yet conceived and unorthodox methods in creation for I'm not trained or tainted by rules, not saying its a bad thing but I see and capitalize on my misfortune.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: In production, its what inspires me first then I build from there. In audio mixing, its understanding the vibe then potential, from there I'm not thinking of whats technically wrong but rather whats blocking my vibe and songs potential then tend to the problems getting in the way. In audio mastering, depending on the demand of loudness, I will focus on transparency of my actions and enhancing if needed.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My setup is simple but effective. I use Avid ProTools and PropellerHeads Reason. I'm able to travel and not rely on a studio setup. Not knocking on a studio, I'm a firm believer in recording with the best gear available, if budget allows. I'm not married to any concept of whats right and wrong.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: James Brown, Carlos Santana, The Fugees, The Marley's, Prince, Micheal Jackson, Scott Storch, The Neptunes, Mirawge Bizzaarre, Ozzy, Metalica, and so many more. I'm not a one genre kinda guy.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: My work lately has been developing original music from scratch. I start with the artist idea and genre first, then I move to what key signature or if they have an acapella, I can build around it. This type of work has become popular with my involvement instead of just presenting my music library and I've improved my music development as a result.
