Very pleasant and approachable lady. However, gave no direction for the song and was then surprised when the first draft didn't really match her vision and then didn't provide any feedback to improve the track to meet what she wanted...and then left a negative review despite me working on the track based on her instructions being completely dedicated to get it to where she wanted it
