hey ! my name is Martin Magrini, im a freelance mix engineer from France ! I studied sound engineering in Paris for 2 years and im now providing my services here.

my workflow looks like this : I organize everything in the session, groups, vca's, gain stage so that everything sounds correct without any treatments. My philosophy is this : treat the most/widest (groups and master) first, then I go into the details of each individual group, track, clips. basically its going from biggest to smallest.

Im a pretty chill guy and I would say im easy to work with, if you want to communicate your ideas/what you want, feel free to do so ! ill adapt quickly and keep things smooth

what I'll need from you : your stems consolidated, your rought mix if you have one, BPM, and 1-2 reference tracks. and your notes about what you care about the most (vocals highlight? punch? warmth? width?)

Revisions are for balance/FX tweaks. If you want to change the arrangement or re-record parts, that’s more like editing, but we can keep it simple.
