Interview with Tilen Sapac

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Too many to tell but every project that i have been involved in I am proud on. I always give my best and try to be unique as possible. So when i look back i am at peace.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: Several projects. But most important is debut album for Julie Fajhtinger.

  5. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  6. A: Digital. Analog is great but it takes a bigger place to rent and it coasts too much. Also you have lots of plugins that emulate analog stuff pretty damn good.

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: I always do everything just as if i would have done it for my self.

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: It's not a job. It's me playing.

  11. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  12. A: Reference Songs?

  13. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  14. A: It is always worth to take your time and search deeper for unique musicians. They are all over the place but hard to find. Not everything that shines is gold.

  15. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  16. A: Shovel, Seeds, Guitar, Sunglasses and my gf. :)

  17. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  18. A: I have been involved with music all my life but It's been over 10+ years now that i have been in music professionally.
