Shayna the Singer
Singer, Songwriter & Pianist from Chicago, IL with 17 years of vocal performance training & artist development sponsored by GREED Ent which included private training at the age of 11-18 at Columbia College of Chicago Fine and Performing Arts Center. There, I was - and still am - being mentored by Bobbi Wilsyn; Senior Lecturer at CCC, who I studied modal jazz and opera with, along with professional vocal techniques to protect my voice as my Instrument and all-around artist development. Bobbi trained me at a young age how to be able to sing forever healthily without strain and how to use my voice as an instrument resulting in the development of a four-and-a-half octave range so there is very little to no need for use of effects for production and time saving purposes.
Extensive studio experience, live performance experience with audiences up to 10,000+ singing National Anthems at UIC pavilion, Wrigley Field, and Boomers Stadium. Never missing an audition ( The Voice, the X Factor USA, AGT, American Idol, American Juniors + Starsearch [back in the day] & local competitions)
I can't wait for my time to share my story! So I'm finally taking my career into my own hands as an Indie Artist and looking to collaborate with other serious artists and producers to stretch my own creative muscles.
