I'm a 30+ year veteran traditional fiddle and mandolin player from western MA. I've toured the world playing traditional music styles, specifically Americana, Celtic and Klezmer. I'm proficient in the studio and have experience working with different engineers and recording equipment. I can read music easily, provide backing and rhythm.

I have a BA in Music from the New England Conservatory of Music, in Violin Performance from the Conservatory at Rivers and Chamber Music Coaching from the Apple Hill Center For Chamber Music. I studied traditional music in college and have worked as a recording artist and studio musician since. I play fiddle and Irish bouzouki with Celticado, a Celtic traditional ensemble, fiddle and mandolin with Swift River, a Bluegrass band, and Yiddishkeit, a Klezmer ensemble. I have extensive studio recording experience with various gear and engineering to offer in addition to backing/rhythm and improvisational skills. I read music fluently, interpret charts flawlessly and am a significant partner and performer in any band or ensemble.
