Obsessed with sound from a young age. Used to record myself to tape aged around 9, on my Mum's hi-fi system with a cheap mic.
Fast forward a few years I became an accomplished rapper and also ended up being the engineer in my crew, Piff Gang. During this time I had decided to study Music Technology at IMW in Old Street- going from Level 3 to achieving a full Foundation Degree.
After finishing at IMW, I ended up recording for So Solid Crew and Milkavelli among others, and am currently a freelance sound engineer. This year alone I have had sessions with Lilly Allen, and Mac Miller. One in a large studio, the other in a hotel using my mobile setup (mic, interface, laptop, speakers).
I record on Pro Tools and Logic, and mainly mix on Pro Tools. My favourite plugins are made by Slate, Waves, & Metric Halo.
