Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: My upcoming release on an italian label! I'm proud of my next release because I combined today's techno with that of the 90s!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: My next release and some mix/masters for some clients.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Yes! Alex Picciafuochi is one of the best sound engineer that i know!
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analog! and as if you were asking, do you prefer a radiator or a wood-burning fireplace? I think the smell of wood and the creaking of the fire are better than the sound of the boiler
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Simply, maintaining quality and professionalism for each customer
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: My favorite thing about my work is trying to always give that energetic touch to all the tracks I work on
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: After the first mix / master, they often ask me if I am available to work on their EP / album and my answer is usually positive, it depends on the time taken by the request and other requests that I have already accepted.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I've never had any misconceptions hahahaha
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I usually ask if they already have some references or ideas for the mix / master or some expectation on the result in order to already have a clear image to work on and ask for everything necessary for the job
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I recommend that you inquire about the person and ask for some recent work to ascertain the quality of the work
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop, Headphones, Soundcard, Midi Keyboard, and an external HD :D
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started 12 years ago as a '' Producer '' and in all these years I have become passionate about the world of the sound engineer

A: Dark, Energetic and Fast!
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with many artists, but if I had to choose one, I would choose Alignment for its innovative sound

A: Try to work with low volumes in order to have a clean result already in the production phase

A: Techno, Tech House, House, EDM

A: Cleanliness and precision

A: More energy and dynamics

A: I usually start by creating groups and doing a gain staging after which I start with the mix.
