What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
Professionally I am doing recording for about 3 years. But I've been recording since my early days as a musician for 8 years.
How would you describe your style?
Traditional, natural and organic productions.
Which artist would you like to work with and why?
I'd much rather work with newcomers than any big artist.
Can you share one music production tip?
Use your first impression, that way you are more creative.
What type of music do you usually work on?
Heavy Metal. Most of the time more organic and natural productions instead of the modern "hyped" sound. I go for traditional sounds and realistic productions.
What's your strongest skill?
Outline your artistic goals.
What do you bring to a song?
I see myself as an artist and do many automations and SFX. This way I can express your and my own vision of the song in the most natural way.
What's your typical work process?
The most important thing is that I get your sonic vision and intentions for your music. So we will talk about your music and your artistic influences. That way we can achieve your goals more easily and recording and / or mixing will fall into place.
What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
I am highly influenced by Bob Katz, Dave Pensado, Andrew Scheps, Marc Mozart and many more.
Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
Most commonly I am hired for the whole production process from recording & mixing to mastering.
