I'm James, and I specialize in taking songs from demos to done! Do you have some ideas ready to bring to reality, some tracks that need spicing up, or songs sitting unfinished in the closet on the hard-drive? Then you've found the right guy. My music is dark & intense radio-ready pop, and hopefully can speak for itself.
Music has been my job since I graduated from the University of Cincinnati (Commercial Music Production) in 2017. In that time I've had the chance to work with some immensely talented artists: Walk the Moon, Fitz & the Tantrums, Maty Noyes, busbee, and many more.
Communication is the key to collaboration. From the get-go this process is consistently better for everyone if we communicate early and often. I will check in regularly with you, ask for feedback, and go the extra mile to make sure your song is dope, and you're happy with the results we're getting. Since the music-making process is unique for everyone please include a lot of detail when you reach out (budget, goals, song vibes, and anything else you can think of).
I live and work in LA and do not provide in-person recording services i.e., vocal recording, unless specifically discussed and set up beforehand. Artists frequently have to cut new vocals, and often the best place to do it is at a local (to you) studio where you are comfortable in.

James is undoubtedly the hardest working person I know. He won’t settle for short cuts or quick fix for your track. He’d much rather put in countless hours chugging away to arrive at something uniquely dope. I must say, my favorite thing about working with James is his unfiltered honesty. It’s so important to trust the people you work with not to just bullshit you to get onto the next project, and he won’t. He’ll tell you the thing you need to hear, fire off plenty of witty jokes, and work diligently alongside you until you reach the project finish line. 10/10 recommend
