Patrick Anderson | Engineer on SoundBetter

Independent audio engineer with experience in music production, editing, mixing, mastering, and post production audio.

For me, it's all about moments. Not the moments that you indulge, but the moments that make you stop and rewind. The repeat factor is the product of detailed artistry, amazing restraint, and knowing it’s more than okay when something uniquely special can never be recreated.

Tiny, subtle punctuations and hooks are what got me interested in sound.

I moved from Atlanta to Nashville in 2011 to study under world-class talent and educators at Belmont University. Amazing voices, storytellers, and musicians were everywhere to be found. I was awarded opportunities and recognitions for my development as an engineer. Most importantly to me, it was in Nashville that I first worked with exceptional artists who demonstrate subtlety and nuance through honest, compelling, and unique storytelling.

I've since brought my experience and skills back home with me to Atlanta. My passion for seeing a project grow organically from the ground up has continued in collaborating with my network of Atlanta-based artists and musicians on genres ranging from Praise & Worship and Pop-Country to Americana and Synth-Pop. I'm always excited to explore new territories, and would consider it a privilege to be part of your next project. If you think we could make a great team, reach out and let's create.

    Hey Patrick,
I'm about three hours from Atlanta (Swainsboro), and I am wondering if you could help me with a DVD/audio project I am working on?
