Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: They usually ask me about file management. I got PDF explaining how to do it, wav files, zip files, wetransfer, sample rates, bit rates, etc.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: Confusing mixing with stereo mastering or stem mastering.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: Macbook, Logic, plug ins, PMC speakers, AKG headphones.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: Warm, clean and tight.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: I work ITB with PMC Monitors and Hypex Amp in a well treated room.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: Mastering and stem mastering.

A: Not yet sorry, I´m new here.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: I do about seven songs a week average.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: I will master your song till you get 100% satisfied.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I have been working in the music industry for over 15 years now, I started as session guitarist at age 19, working with bands, artists, I actually worked with Bob Moog in 2003, then I started to work in studios as engineer, making beats, music for picture, teaching and after 10 years I have decided to focus my career as online mastering engineer.

A: Electronic, Urban, Pop, Gospel, RnB and Indie..

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: Stereo Mastering.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Richard Bona, Jaco Pastorious, Paco de Lucia, Quincy Jones, Trevor Horn, Sting, Bob Marley... etc.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: For me they are all important, different styles, different countries, I love them all!

A: Digital, workflow is key for me.

A: Working with different artists from all over the world.

A: Music references and sonic preferences.

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Communication is key, good understanding sounds better than any piece of gear.

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: Jamiroquai, cause I love those funky vibes, those acid chord progressions, I play bass and guitar and I love playing those lines, really interesting music that brings the best of the old jazz/fusion world to the mass media.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Listen to music 28 hours a day.

A: Punch, clarity, depth, width, caracter, personality and emotion.

A: Listen to the song before I touch any knob, listen to similar music, listen, listen and more listening.
