What are you working on at the moment?
Writing and recording music for an online-video network.
If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
An acoustic guitar, paper and a pen really. But if there was electricity :) then I would bring a satellite radio, an acoustic guitar, a condenser microphone and a UAD portable interface and laptop.
What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
I started working as a freelance musician in 1989, I was a drummer and vocalist in a cover band back then. I then gradually started gravitating around the music producing side of things. Next thing you know I was hooked and have been studying and working as a producer ever since.

I love to make the music tight and (usually)funky?
