Hi, I'm Sophie. I'm a woodwind multi-instrumentalist and would love to help make your track extra special. Whether it's a delicate line on bamboo flute or a full multi-layered woodwind section, I can deliver exactly what you need.
Instruments available:
CLARINETS - Bb clarinet, Eb clarinet, Bass clarinet
FLUTES - flute, piccolo, alto flute, bamboo flutes in all keys, Irish flute
RECORDERS - sopranino, soprano, alto, tenor, bass, sub-bass and many more in between!
SAXOPHONES - soprano, alto, tenor, baritone
I can play lines that you have written or equally I can help you to write woodwind parts. I enjoy layering different instruments together to create unique and exciting textures. There are boundless possibilities for new sounds with woodwind instruments and I would love to help you find just what you are looking for. We can discuss your requirements over video at no extra cost. After recording, I will send a sample mp3 file which you can use to request any revisions—I’m not happy until you are! When you are satisfied, I’ll send the full take(s), unedited to give you complete freedom.
I have done lots of work acoustically treating my studio to provide the best quality audio recording. This allows me to play around with mic placement and close/room double miking for different sound colours.
