Hi! I am Ítalo Sales, 31, brazilian, one of the winners in the "Novos Talentos do Jazz" 2017 contest, promoted by 3 major Brazilian festivals. I've already played for artists such as Elza Soares (BRA), Áurea Martins (BRA), Maestro Spok (BRA), Rogério Tutti (BRA), Rachel York (USA), Elio Pace (UK), Anna Fegi (PHI), among others. You can see many artists from different places in this list because I also work as a showband musician on cruise ships all over the world (when there is no pandemic!). My first album was released in 2017, "Dorsal". Soon after, I released two singles: "Tema Para Leavitt", with my trio, and "Superlua", a duet with the brazilian drummer Hugo Medeiros, all available at main streaming platforms. I'm at home right now, isolated in the beautiful coastal city of Recife, Brasil, working as a session musician for artists all over the world, as well as preparing my next album.
