Carl Raether on SoundBetter

I just wanna play bass in everyone's band. Currently I play bass for Max Fite, and Crashing Wayward (formerly Electric Radio Kings). Previously I have toured and recorded with: Joey Cape's Bad Loud, Christian Martucci, The Real McKenzies, Warner Drive, Joshua Ketchmark, PVSHER, Marishi Ten, Black Adidas, and Scattered Hamlet.

Since arriving in LA 15 years ago, I've been very busy in both the studio and on stage. I've been lucky enough to play on some really cool records, play some really great shows all over the US and Europe, and write some good tunes in the middle. I've spent a lot of time making friends with the music I'm learning, and I play for the song. Fingers or pick, I'm good either way. Fretless or fretted bass, I got you.
