Metal, Rock & Punk Mixes

José A. Medina on SoundBetter

I'm a Spanish producer and engineer with 20 years of experience whose headquarters are in Uniphonic Studios in Mexico City. You can listen to a small sample of my work here at Soundbetter and, if you like it, send me a message so I can send you some lossless audio samples.

I love to work with powerful bands of any style (rock, hard rock, punk, metal ...) and make each one have its own sound. Do you have a band like that and is that what you need? I'd love to hear your music, get to know you a bit, and talk about your project and see what you need.

Only push the 'Contact' button above.

I work with an analog/digital hybrid mixing system. The best of both worlds! All my mixes have analog summing with an SSL mixer and have analog and digital processing.

I think that each song must have its own sound., and I not stop until the client is satisfied.

Reference Music:
In online mixing I start by asking my clients two playlist of Spotify or Tidal. The first one with 10 songs that have changed their lives. The second one with 10 songs that the people to the production is directed they can like them. For me, it's very important to know the tastes of my clients and the people they trying to sell their music.

Before starting the mix.:
To start working on the mix I need all the tracks already edited. Things like time alignment and vocal tuning should be completed prior to submission for mixing. If you need these services, I can do it with an additional cost. I send a PDF with instructions on how I need everything to start the mix.

Tell me about your project and how I can help, through the 'Contact' button above.
