Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Being a producer is not easy. It really takes tons of skill and every producer is gonna have different methods that they go about doing things.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: As many questions as I feel necessary to complete the job with precision.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Tell us what you want ahead of time! If you have a demo, send it! I like all the details I can get!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Acoustic Guitar, Computer, Solar Powered Surge Protector, Audio Interface Box, Yamaha HS8 Monitors.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Music. Been working at it technically since I was 11.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I made a song called 'Clouds' which has not been released yet, but the reason I am so proud of that creation is because I found my own unique sound creating that song. Of course, I already had found some unique sounds before, but I found the main sound that identifies me as 'The Essence'. The song also is emotionally expressive, truthful, relatable for a lot of people, and I quoted 'Juice Wrld' in the song. It felt good, because he also inspires me to keep making my music and just do it how I want to do it. 'Be Yourself'
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am a rapper known as 'The Essence'. I am CONSTANTLY working on SEVERAL projects at one time. Dozens and Dozens.

A: Digital because all the digital tools available in the present time make it much more accessible and relevant for DIY type of musicians/artists.

A: How long will it take? As long as it needs to. Quality is worth the time... trust me on that! Of course, I usually deliver within 3-5 days.

A: I try my best to give you what you want but also give you what I 'think' you would want. And of course with unlimited revisions, this takes us to a wonderful end where you are satisfied and ready for more!
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Ace Hood, because he is my whole inspiration for rap and hiphop. His music literally kept me motivated to stay alive and fight for what I want for my lifestyle. He is the actual GOAT.

A: Chill out with the Reverb!

A: Hiphop/Rap
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Easily, writing lyrics.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My nickname in the studio is 'The Surgeon' because i'm good at working a lot of magic with people's vocals and just giving my clients their own unique sound. What I bring to a song is 'You'. I constantly communicate with you back and forth to make sure that I am bringing your imagination to the forefront of the project! :)
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a home studio of HIGH Quality equipment. I use multiple tools to my disposal, such as Logic Pro X, RX, Ozone, Izotope, etc. I use Yamaha HS8's because I like it LOUD!
