I've been a Mixing Engineer for about 8 years. Most of the work I get is in the area of Rock, Hip-Hop, Country, Pop, and Electronic Music.

A Little about me. I grew up in Miami listening to Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, and by the age of 12 I got into Electronic Music and Hip-Hop. Then at a young age, I bought a sampler and started making beats and producing. By the time I was 18 I already had experience in Recording and Mixing.
When I graduate from high school I decided to move and go to Audio Engineering School. From there I just started working with different bands and music genres. It's been 8 wonderful years working with incredible people.

Contact me through the green button above and let's get to work.

  1. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  2. A: There is a lot of artists that inspire me, from producers like Greg Wells, Matt Chaeffer, Joe Barresi, to John Mayer and Joseph Mount (Metronomy), and many more.

  3. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  4. A: The most common type of work I do for my clients is mixing and producing.

  5. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  6. A: I love that I get to work with amazing, inspiring people every day that bring something new to my life.

  7. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  8. A: Q: How long does it take for you to do a mix? A: It takes me all the time that it needs to until you are happy with the result. Remember that this is your Art I'm just here to help you get it to the next level.

  9. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  10. A: Do you have any references for me to keep in mind? What do you like about the rough mix? What don't you like about the rough mix? Are there things specifically that you want me to do?

  11. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  12. A: I think is important to talk to them and try to express your ideas as clear as you can to be able to start on the same route. But to be open to working with someone that you did not expect... who knows maybe you'll find a person that you can rely on to start a good team to work with.

  13. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  14. A: I've been doing this professionally for about 8 years, but I started making music when I was 16 years old.

  15. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  16. A: I would love to work with the next artist that is passionate and wants to create the best music that (he or she or they) can make, and that will not stop in the pursuit of their dreams.

  17. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  18. A: Both, there is a moment for each and they both have advantages and disadvantages. But whatever it needs.

  19. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  20. A: That I will work for as long as is humanly possible and to the best of my abilities to get the songs to the next level.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: I guess if I was stuck on a desert island I would take an sm57 so that I can open coconuts with it and then record, but I would say a sampler of some kind and a pair of good headphones, and maybe my prophet 12 and prophet 6.

  23. Q: How would you describe your style?

  24. A: Open, clean, and powerful.

  25. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  26. A: It's always a good idea to have a playlist with songs from different genres that you think are good and can help you as a reference but also it's a great idea if you have references that the artist wants you to have to get the job done.... and always listen to the artist because they know the song better than you.

  27. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  28. A: I usually work on Rock, Pop, and some conventions of electronic elements with known genres.

  29. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  30. A: I think that my strongest skill is patience to find the right direction that the song wants to take.

  31. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  32. A: I like to think that I bring clarity and power to the idea behind the song, with the help of the artist.

  33. Q: What's your typical work process?

  34. A: I like to start by reading the emails that I get from the bands and artist or some time with a FaceTime call to get to know the artist behind the magic, then listen to the song for a while and get to know the song and what the idea behind the song is and what the artist is trying to say with the music and then find the right way to get the song to the best level that I can, with the tools that I have, and for me, it's important to get the feedback from the artist to get that special feeling that the artist is looking for.

  35. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  36. A: My Studio Setup is ever-changing and evolving, Currently, I like the versatility of mixing in the box because of the speed that I have to deliver the projects. but a love analog so I will continue to add and maybe remove gear from my studio.

  37. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  38. A: The is a Band from Bogota Colombia, and they are not afraid to push the envelope. I work as a producer and also part of the mixing portion of the project. it was challenging and it took a while but I like that they gave it all they had and everyone in the project did their best to get the project to the level they wanted it... And I made some good friends along the way.
