Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Recently completed live EP for The Countess of Fife, recorded the gig, guitar and vocal overdubs, pressed to CD and just heard it on the radio for the first time.

A: Live mix of a Jah Wobble Gig.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I like both. Analog for the ability to grab something and adjust it and the sound - the imperfections, warmth and distortion and Digital for the editing and plugins - and storage.

A: Liase with client for direction, Appraise existing material and set about it. Regular updates and roughs supplied during process.

A: Hybrid setup working with a DAW using Waves Plugins and a selection of antique Pre's Compressors, Gates and Effects.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I love great classic productions by artists such as Steely Dan, Little Feat, Jeff Beck, Massice Attack, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles etc...
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most work nowadays is recording based, either mixing live recordings or working on original music projects as a composer, arranger and musician.
