Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I was one of the Main producers on "Talk to me" with Tom Hex, I'm Proud of it because it set me in the right path.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: An EP for a College Unit.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: ANALOGUE! It's so warm! Digital is just so cold and I really don't like it.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will do anything you ask me to do, as long as you pay.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love the creativity, I can do whatever I like without people telling me what to do.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That I'm just Pushing buttons and wasting my time.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don't expect them to know how to do everything.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: SSL Mixing Desk, 1000 rolls of tape, tape machine,PC and a lot of Samples/VST'S
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I'm going down the music route, but I also am at a music college that specialises in mixing mastering etc, but I am also doing some IT courses as a Plan B.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Either very Dark or Very Happy, but melodic and emotional.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would 100% would love to work with Kevin Parker!
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: If your making Future House in FL Studio, Press Alt-Q then pick Shuffle ;)
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: House, Deep House, Future House, Funk, Indie Pop, Pop, Rap, Garage, Drill etc. I will make everything under the sun.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Being able to remake a song in less than 20 minuets
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: A lot of minor tweaks, overall brightness, also contrast and story.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start with drums, then let my creativity take over.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Standard really, 2 monitors and a PC.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I get inspired by a lot of Artists/ Bands, it's typically their overall sound that gets me. I'm a sucker for old and analogue sounds, they are really nice and warm. I am more or less inspired by Pink Floyd's Whole Discography, Tame Impala's Whole Discography, Tchami's Songs, EDX and a whole lot of other artists .
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I normally do ghost productions, mixing mastering for DJ's and Artists etc.
