Welcome to Four Doors Studios! We are a recording studio based in Reservoir, Melbourne, Australia where we produce music, film scores and voice over recordings. We offer a fully furnished studio complete with virtual instrument library Native Instruments Komplete Ultimate 12 with Komplete Kontrol S-88 Keyboardv, Izotope mixing, mastering and vocal production software, acoustic drums (with ‘Shure’ microphones for live drum recording), keyboard, electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitar, mandolin, ukelele, harmonicas, percussion, high quality Audio Technica 4050 large condenser vocal microphone, guitar amps and bass amps. We run Logic Pro X and listen through high clarity Alesis studio monitors. We also use Audio Technica, Sony and Sennheiser closed and open back headphones. Running this high quality gear through a Scarlett 18i20 Audio Interface and the sound produced is second to none. .
We support Australian and international based artists to produce high quality music at a reasonable rate. We specialise in supporting emerging and established artists to produce their debut single, EP or LP. If you need a high quality recording done just drop us a line!

I engaged Simon's services to record a number of guided meditations to provide clients learning how to meditate. I was daunted by the task of recording but Simon and his team put me at ease. Simon was patient and happy to re- record when I stumbled over my words and even helped me to fine tune my scripts. The outcome - 10 guided meditations that I can provide to clients on my mindfulness workshops and courses. Four Doors Studios will typically allow 2-3 revisions of a mix for free. Any revisions after that it will be our standard fee of $50 per hour. Our typical turn around time on a mix is 1-2 days.
