I have written, recorded and produced more than 60 tracks of different genres for my personal projects and produced, mixed and mastered for the most creative emerging artists of Mexico City. My experience, commitment and passion for music drives me to deliver the best possible results on every single project.
I am a self taught multi-instrumentalist, producer, songwriter, mixer and mastering engineer with over 5 years of experience producing from jazz to progressive metal. I'm comfortable working with both analog and digital gear.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: An EP for a mexican singer-songwriter named Sara Rod.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both, digital is very flexible and powerful, it also allows anyone to work anywhere (depending on the setup). Analog has a very distinct sound and a lot of character to it.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: To maximize the artistic and technical values of a song in order to achieve its highest potential and deliver the best possible result.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The creative challenge that each project brings to the table.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I usually ask about the vibe of the song, the artistic vision of the project and any other bits of information they can provide that the think would be useful for the project.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: To check the song samples and to ask as many questions they have.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My apogee duet (for portability), my Macbook Pro, acoustic guitar, my beyerdynamic headphones and my yamaha speakers.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Clear and full of energy.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Curate your samples and organize your files, it will save you a lot of time during production. Check your levels on each track, high-pass filter most non bass tracks around 30-50 hz and make sure all your tracks are as polished and finished as they can be before starting the mixing process.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, rock and singer-songwriter stuff mostly. I also work on jazz and hip-hop projects.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I have a very good ear and excellent analysis skills.

A: Character, energy and clarity.
