Hey, I'm Duchess-Simone, an artist from Philadelphia. My style of music is my own Jawnre; I write, rap, and sing on my own frequency. Metaphors, witty punchlines, and conversational storytelling are my strong suits when writing lyrics.
I am a poet, mostly known for writing raw, authentic, and honest lyrics. My creative influences range from Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Oldies/Soulful music. The genres I specialize in are R&B, Soul, and Hip Hop. I release my music through my company, dSent, and I also manage my producer's catalog of dope beats. You can check out our full collaborative project on Spotify, and various streaming platforms.
If you're looking to liven up your songs with clever lyrics, soulful cadences, and a range of poetic flow, I can do just that.
