Tell us about your studio setup.
I work out of SpeakerSonic Studios in Brooklyn, which houses a 32 channel Trident 80B board and Pro Tools 10.3.8 rig with outboard gear, including preamps, compression, and reverb. Monitoring is done through 2 Genelec 8050A speakers and 2 Yamaha NS-10s, as well as a Hear Back System. The live room next to it is spacious and tall, a good combination for recording drums, percussion, and a live band. Guitars, bass, and vocals can be recorded in either the live room, or in the iso booth as well. I have access to an array of condensor, dynamic, and ribbon microphones to choose from which will guarantee a quality captured performance. In addition to Pro Tools, I can also run Ableton Live if you would like to add software synths and beat-style productions to your project, or just prefer to work in that program all together. I am proficient at both DAWs and can use them interchangeably.
Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
I record, mix, and produce songs and music for bands, artists, and clients.
