I worked with Rav at the studio in London, within one session we had came up with 3 songs in the space of 5 hours. He was very knowledgable on vocal processing, recording and production. There was certain sounds I was after for my E.P and he knew exactly what I was after. It is hard to find a studio and producer who really understand and cares about your songs

I run my own label House Of Pain Records, we did 5 recordings and mixes for one of our Artist's E.P. The whole process was smooth and we were made to feel very comfortable. My artist spent 2 days recording and post mixing was done within 3- 4 weeks with revisions. Happy to have been able to connect and will be using them again for future projects

Interview with Wolvo

  1. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  2. A: I am dedicated in nurturing and inspiring all talent to achieve the best results, passionate about music and I create a positive atmosphere to create the best possible music. I am co signed by some of the leading industry labels and companies. I take my work serious and want you to enjoy the benefits of me getting you one step closer. Other Studio's/Engineers and producers tend not to think of your needs, do a half decent job and their only motivation is the money you pay them, I however make sure that you are satisfied and that you can be proud of the end result with many opportunities to further your career..

  3. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  4. A: the most important tip of all is try to learn how to improve your career and abilities. Youtube is the best source for knowledge and learning to improve your career.

  5. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  6. A: I bring raw passion and vast amounts of music and technical knowledge. I have degree in Sound Engineering and am Pro Tools certified with over a decade and half experience working with some of the biggest labels and artist in today's world. I share very close relationships with leading executives and A&Rs with whom I meet and sends songs to on a regular basis for consideration of placement or signing. I don't just create I go out and place, sign and sell records too. I also know how emotionally involved we can be in our songs I too have been were you have so I understand exactly what your feeling.

  7. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  8. A: I am working on some major artist projects for Warner Music, Universal, Capitol through the VP's of A&R and several dance labels and DJ's. Most importantly I transitioned into artist producer, have signed several of my singles and now have the 3rd and 4th scheduled on prominent labels with big DJ's.

  9. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  10. A: Think about the pro's and con's, don't make your decision solely based on the most affordable option. Investing in your career is not about looking for what is affordable, you cannot cut corners in your career. When you apply for college or University do you look at whether it is affordable or what the credentials are of the College or University in applying? Take the time to consider credentials/value and the rest will fall into place. If you want quality then it is necessary to invest more in yourself and your career. I will provide you with services like no other my knowledge and expertise is heavily based on my experiences, a lot of providers on Sound Better are not business savy, they are just creatives but the music industry is also a business and the benefit of working with me is that I can share that wisdom with you every step of the way to show you how to turn your artistry or music making abilities in a full time career.

  11. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  12. A: I have been making music for over a decade and spent the last 5 years in L.A. I struggled for many years and did not come from a well of family, I was always told that I was a dreamer, didn't take life seriously, had no career path but I didn't give up hope or belief in myself. Now I am working with some of the biggest labels and publishers in the world such as Warner/Chappell, Sony/ATV, Redbull Publishing, Rocnation, Pulse, labels such as Capitol Records, Sony Music, Atlantic, Epic and RCA.

  13. Q: How would you describe your style?

  14. A: I would say I am sort of a true chameleon, I am able to transform styles of genre and my strength is not in one genre of music but a wide range of styles. My artist project is Deep House with tropical pop elements and write and produce Pop for artists.

  15. Q: What's your typical work process?

  16. A: It begins with the moment the idea of the music that is written and programmed using DAWs Studio One 3 and Pro Tools HD, to the concept, the writing of the lyrics and melodies that need to be infectious. It then goes into recording, mixing, post and vocal production to create a final song worthy of release.

  17. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  18. A: The most common types of work involves Recording, Mixing, Mastering, Production, Songwriting, Artist Development, Vocal Production and Vocal Coaching.

Pro Tools 10-12, Logic Pro, Waves Bundle, Soundtoys, Antares Auto Tune, Melodyne, Apogee Esemble Thunderbolt interface, EMI preamp (Used in the famous Abbey Road Studios on acts like The Beatles). Nueman TLM 103, CL404, AKG C414-XLS, Analogue 48 channel mixing desk, Adams Monitors and Sub.

  21. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  22. A: Do You Believe In Yourself? because that is were it starts and if you have talent I will build a stronger belief in YOU!

  23. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  24. A: Pop, EDM, Top 40, Country, Soul, Ballad, RnB, Hip Hop, Future Pop, Trap

  25. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  26. A: Full Song Production, Arrangement, Vocal Production, Sound selection and Song Pitching.

  27. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  28. A: That some of today's Artist/singers can sing like there recorded songs. There is only handful, but majority of your favorite successful singers have bad technique and don't care to develop their voice. The reason being is so much tuning, effects and manipulation is used, labels and technology has forced singers become more lazy with their performance and voice.

  29. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  30. A: I would say anyone who is free thinking and has the ability to feel and create music is an inspiration, but artist and bands that inspire me are The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Jimi Hendrix, Queen, David Bowie, Prince, Max Martin, Pharrell, Jay Z, Taylor Swift.

  31. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  32. A: The satisfaction of fulfilling someones expectations, bringing them one step closer to their dream. I aid artist's, songwriters, producers in all aspects of their career and can help with opportunities that may benefit them not just the creative process but also guidance on releasing songs, PR and pitching material to labels and publishers.
