Hey daddy-o! I'm a producer making pop tunes out of Kansas City, MO. I made my start in music by producing songs for film. I always work with clients on an "is this dope" basis. This means that if you don't like something I created, no sweat + no payment. If you're game to write some tunes together, give me a buzz!
Yo! Thank you for visiting my profile. I truly love working with artists to get dope songs across the board. I also simply love meeting other incredible musicians making music.
When producing, my philosophy is this: music is extremely subjective, and I have artists that I gravitate towards when making music, so my style will not work for everyone. Even so, I always try my best! As I've said before, I always work with clients on an "is this dope" basis. This means that if you don't like something I created, no sweat + no payment.
My previous production experience is in creating music for film. Though this is no longer my main focus, it has helped me to grasp the finer details of music production. It has also opened possibilities for music I am passionate about to be monetized via film. That being said, if we work on something that I think will work well in the film licensing capacity, I'm always open to talking about a partnership in that world once a project is over!

Interview with Mark Buergler
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Honestly, I just like to make songs that people would want to listen to. That can mean that I shy away from going too "out there", or that I bring "out there" into a place that people can digest. That's my philosophy at least!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Listen to what kind of artists the client is interested in, then settle in on good sounds I think would work for the production.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: MacBook Pro baby. I do have Barefoot Footprint 01s for monitoring at the crib. That's about it!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I love it all, but most importantly, I love to work fast + with as little amount of gear as possible. This gives me the ability to work anywhere... and it is cheaper lol.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I always work with artists on an individual level to make an instrumental that they dig!
