Producer / Arranger / Synths

Washington-based producer/composer/keys player, collaborator with indie artist Ry X. Work can be heard on Ry X's recent album "Unfurl," and orchestral arrangements from "Live From Royal Albert Hall." Produced a number of albums under Brand X Music including Feed The Fever by Moyr, Covers by Moyr, and Mixtape, featuring multiple artists from Brand X

More than anything else, I love playing around with my gear. I own a UDO Super 6, which is a crazy versatile synth and can generate some really unique sounds that you won't get in the box. I also love producing electronic drums and sequences with my Elektron Digitakt. Some of my main influences on the electronic side are Fred Again..., James Blake, Sylvan Esso, and Weval. I produced an album of my own under my alias Moyr through Brand X Music, where you can hear some of those influences.

In the past few years, I've begun diving into pop production, which has been a newfound joy of mine. Some influences in that world are Charli XCX, Dua Lipa, and Doja Cat. You can hear some of my production on Juneau Marie's albums "Young" and "Backwards."

If you're looking to add strings to your song, I have a lot of experience writing and arranging for all kinds of ensembles, and have high quality samples at my disposal as well. Check out Ry X's "Live From Royal Albert Hall" for some examples of my work in that world.
