Interview with NØRBY
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: In the beginning I listen to some inspirations that clients give! Then I start the production process and create my own unique samples and presets in serum and syleth. Then I begin to create Topline, followed by text. In the next stages I do pre-mixing. Together with the client we are looking for the right vocalist who will fit perfectly with the tone of voice to the whole production. At the very end I do the mix and master!

A: I think the most: Loud Luxury, Cheat Codes, Alan Walker, Martin Garrix and many more!

A: Most of my clients on soundbetter and beyond decide on full production with topline :-)

A: on 3 albums hah

A: Try to get the main idea of the song in your head, I will do the rest :)

A: I've been exposed to music since I was a kid! I finished first and second degree of music school! I have been producing for 6 years!

A: One word... Different

A: My dream is to create a song for Madisson Beer, Wiliam Singe, Justin Bieber. They have beautiful voices and I think that with this we could create a global hit!!!!

A: Try to create your own samples and presets. This way you will have an advantage over others!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I'm flexible. I work in literally any style! I'm not just a fan of rock, country and disco polo.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I think picking the right sounds and melodies that stay in your head when it comes to production. And when it comes to top-line it may be immodest but I can't remember the last time I wrote a melody that someone didn't fall in their ears and sing it all day long :-D
