Just a recording/mix engineer with a strong emphasis on the artists satisfaction. I try to bring the human element back into the projects I produce, and add depth, clarity, and excitement on the ones that I strictly mix. No glamorous credits here, just a strong work ethic.
I run a small recording and mixing studio out of a small town in Ontario, Canada. I had previously worked out of larger console-based facilities in toronto, but since moving north, I've tried to retain that same approach to music production.
I work one on one with local independent artists as well as remote work for those out of province and abroad. The live room is fairly large (approx 530 sqft) and boasts vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, perfect for big drum sounds and reverb chamber effects when needed. The mix room utilizes a hybrid setup, using class A analog equipment in conjunction with high end digital converters.
Clients who also need session players on their projects can also benifit from my list of highly skilled musicians. I also do co - writing for those who have a basic idea, but perhaps need a hand with arrangement and production of their songs.
I specialize in rock, metal, singer/song writer material mainly. However, for mixing, anything goes.
I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.

Endorse Wreckroom RecordingsI worked with Sean on 6 tracks. He mixed all 6 and performed on one. It was an absolute pleasure. Sean worked closely with me and took the time to understand my vision. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding mixing techniques and is always more than happy to share it. Sean is a great communicator and was very receptive to all my feedback and notes. Sean also was gracious enough to reach out to drummers in order to record live drum tracks for two of my songs. He went above and beyond to ensure that my songs sounded the best that they could. I highly recommend this fine fella!
I am a session drummer, and I have collaborated with Sean at Wreckroom recordings in the past. My experience has always been a good one. The environment, equipment used, and Sean’s expertise creates a great product every time. Highly recommend for any type of project!
I worked Sean on my band Locust Hill’s debut album as well as some solo songs. Sean has so much knowledge that help me and my band with our final product which we are over the top pleaser with. His feedback and contribution of ideas fit as he had full understanding of our music. I HIGHLY recommend Sean of the wreckroom and am looking forward to our next album with him.
