Often compared to Lana Del Rey, Banks, and Ellie Goulding, I am an independent recording artist previously featured by MTV, Apple Music's Beats 1 radio, VICE, Pigeons & Planes, and more.
I will contribute vocals and write lyrics to your song. I am a 24-year-old pop/EDM/future bass singer and songwriter with 4 years of experience in the industry. I record from my home studio in New York City using a Blue bottle microphone, pop filter, and iso shield.
How it works:
- Send me your song (.mp3 or .wav)
- Once funded, I'll start working right away
- Then I will send you a demo of part of the song for approval (first few verses, pre-chorus, chorus, depending on the project)
- After your approval, I'll finish writing and recording your song, add backings, harmonies etc.
- Once funds are released, I'll send you the final dry vocals
- Turnaround time between drafts is typically 1-3 business days
- My name "Gossamer5" cannot be used as a feature or in any credits without my permission, but if you would like to use my name let me know and we can work something out!

I couldn't have chosen a better vocalists for my track. Supremely talented and extremely knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I wanted even if I couldn't find the words to fully explain myself. Her range is incredible and her lyrics are perfect.
I can't recommended this girl enough and will certainly be back with future projects.
Very nice to work with!
I really enjoyed working with Gossamer5. She was very professional, quick, and super easy to work with. I really enjoyed her positive approach to the project! The vocal melodies and hooks were just what we were looking for in our Electronic/Pop dance track. I highly recommend her for your project.
Super easy to work with.
A real talent.
Rhett was a pleasure to work with. She’s as talented as she is professional and will be vocal with you every step of the way. All I had given her to work with was an instrumental and a theme and she pulled through with amazing results.
If you’re looking for professionalism, quality work, and communication then look no further!
I want to thank you! You brilliantly made vocals. I am delighted with professionalism and I will constantly cooperate with you!
Interview with Gossamer5
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I love to write and sing all, and I mean ALL genres of music! I have a main pop/alternative project, an EDM side project, and a country side project, as well as recording some fun jazz songs in my spare time.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I bring my listeners into my world. I love to take a generic theme and make it a bit more complex. Adding my personal takes and specific experiences always brings the listener in a bit closer.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Through vocal textures, intensely emotive melodies, and idiosyncratic lyrics, I interpret your track emotionally and tell the listener to feel what I feel when I hear your song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I have lists upon lists of song themes and lyrical ideas, so when I sit down and listen to a track and get a vision for its instrumental cues and emotions I immediately have words to work with. This is how my turnaround time is so quick! I am always ready!!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I record from home on my Blue bottle microphone, using a pop filter and an iso shield. I record into Logic Pro X and bounce all files as .wav (or .mp3 if you prefer).
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am inspired by everything from the vocally-driven songs of pop masters like The Weeknd and Lorde, to the storytelling of classic country legends like Johnny Cash and Marty Robbins. Radio-friendly EDM always pumps me up and gets me excited about writing new tracks; I am a sucker for a Zedd smash or an Avicii banger. I respect those who can both write and perform, as that's exactly what I do and aim to get better at with each and every song!
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I am a vocalist who typically works with producers in the vast and varied world of electronic music, from traditional electronic pop to EDM/dance tracks. Most of the time I am the one writing the lyrics, but have crafted melodies from others' lyrics in the past as well; I also edit and rework lyrical ideas to better suit a song and increase the strength of the songwriting. My experience is not limited to electronic music, however; give me an acoustic guitar and I can go full Taylor Swift, or hand me a jazzy Frank Sinatra-inspired tune and I can give it a unique spin!
