Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Lions in the Sky by Vion Konger I wrote the lyrics with 2 friends of mine and production / composed the vocals with Bryar. The majority of the production in the release is from me. My publisher pitched it to Nitron and a deal was made. Now the song has over a million streams on spotify alone.

Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital, because listeners can't tell the difference, and therefore analog is not as important as it used to be. However, I know that is not black and white.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: You will be happy with the outcome.

A: I get to bring peoples visions to life.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Customer; Can I pay you half now and half at the end? Me; When you buy a guitar at guitar center would they let you walk out with it after paying half because you said you'll pay the other half later?

A: I just push buttons; beep boop bop

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Spend money on the music the way you'd spend money on anything else you want in life.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: An acoustic guitar and a notebook.

Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Songwriting, toplining, Vocal Production, Drum Production, Production I've been playing drums for a very long time and simultaneously learned how to produce drums very early on in my career.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Creative vocal effects and special production elements that revolve around the melody and keep it focused for the listener.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Depending on the project, I'll gather 3 or 4 references in the same vein of the artist and analyze them as I'm putting together the initial session in Ableton. Then I set up the stems or start recording the instrumental. Mixing is something that is happening simultaneously, but once the final vocal is in there, I start to use reference for the mixing in a different session.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: 14 x 12 studio with a live drum kit fully mic'd, a vocal mic, and mic for acoustic and or anything else always set up, a midi keyboard, 2 analog synthesizers, beat making pads, and a partridge in a pair tree.
