Jerry Sánchez on SoundBetter

Hi! I'm Jerry. I'm a professional young composer, arranger, producer, and orchestrator from Mexico City. I compose and arrange for orchestra and all kinds of ensembles, as well as for Film & TV. I'm looking forward to working with you on your project and make some great music!

I'm an innovative, avid, and emergent young composer, arranger, producer, and orchestrator. I have experience working with orchestras, ensembles and live musicians. I compose and produce music for Film & TV, commercials, corporate videos, etc. and can certainly bring the score, my compositions and arrangements to life; either with outstanding live musicians, or with amazing instrument libraries which will sound pretty real. I'm also down to tracking drums, percussion, guitars, sax, bass, cello, trombone, trumpet, or almost any instrument; to edit and tune your tracks; or lead your production through all its processes including a beautifully crafted mix and professional master. I'm offering great compositions and arrangements, full productions, amazing soundtracks, high quality tracks and outstanding production and postproduction services at an affordable price.

At the moment, I'm working on a very ambitious project called Symphonic Theory that consists of a virtual orchestra comprised of very talented young musicians which records orchestral medleys and arrangements of Pop music and Film scores. The stuff we are working on is huge and it is sounding amazing!

Please contact me for further information and special pricing! I'd love to discuss your project, get to know you and help you and your music sound better!

Really really talented young composer, full of passion and willingness to leave his own impact. I have ordered an arrangement for an acoustic version of one of my song. Couldnt be happied with the result and overall experience - great communication, expremely well documented score which he provides in Sibelius format. All notes are incredibly detailed, with all the expressions and articulations. I am hiring Jerry for the next 4 songs and recommending him to anyone who needs an orchestration.

  15. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  16. A: I compose and produce high quality, beautiful music and write amazing arrangements and orchestrations for any kind of ensemble and genre.

  17. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  18. A: Creativity, style, know how and knowledge, feeling, and exactly the sound you are looking for.

  19. Q: What's your typical work process?

  20. A: Regarding composing, I start drafting ideas until I come up with one I really like. Through different techniques and strategies, I start developing the idea either to a very concise and marked structure, or to a free form where I don't know where I'm headed, but where I can find a journey full of surprises and interesting twists. I then proceed to arrange and orchestrate my music. Sometimes I also write while arranging and orchestrating simultaneously. What's amazing is that every little change on the workflow or on my mood has a great impact on the music! Regarding film composing, I look for the cues' tempo and start drafting ideas, even singing so that I give a louder voice to what's on my mind. I then start sketching with instrument libraries' ensemble patches as a kind of a demo, and once I have a clear and accurate idea, I start formally arranging and orchestrating, and programming with the fine specialty libraries Regarding arranging, I first listen carefully to the song/theme, make a proposal on the instrument part/arrangement, and modify it until it meets the expectations of the client. Once I have a clear idea of what the goals and aims are, I start working very hard on the piece.
