"Thank you for your professionalism and for contributing to my art with your talent" - Guto Gutnic
Music has always been a big part of my life. From an early age, I have been involved in music. Besides playing many different instruments, I played in orchestras and youth brass bands. During this time I obtained my music diplomas at ICO art centre in Assen.
In 2011 I finished my studies as producer/mixing engineer at the well-respected Mediapark in Hilversum. After graduating I started to produce music, both for myself and others. Driven by my passion for music, I started reading everything there was to read about producing music. I deep-dived in tutorials, attended online courses and seminars to increase my knowledge about musical styles, both technical and in terms of arranging. My love for hiphop made me specialize in mixing, mastering, sound design and synthesis.
My experience has taught me that empathizing with the artist or musician is the most important aspect of my profession. Why? Because it is so important to ensure that the feeling you want to convey is monitored in the process. I often tell my clients: “We are finished with the project if YOU are satisfied with the result!”
