im having an issue with them I purchased a placement weeks ago, I've dm'd Samantha multiple times on instagram, called the number on there site, emailed they email address on Samanthas instagram and the email on the site. I couple of days ago I emailed a playlist that they advertise on the site "aux god" I believe it was and they said they don't go through other entities to make the playlist selections and would take the :proper action" against Switzer so I guess they are a big scam

Horrible experience with Samantha from Switzer Music Group. Upon purchasing playlist placement, Samantha had let our team know that should she be unsuccessful after 6 weeks, we would get a full refund. After waiting 6 weeks after paying for playlist placement; she ghosted me and didn’t issue a refund. To make it worse, I found out she has done this to numerous people- not just me. I needed to write this comment as there is no info found online and I would hate for someone else to go through what we have gone through. Stay away from Switzer Music Group.
