Really excellent, professional experience. I worked with robrox on a track I produced a few years back, for which I'd lost a few stems. His task was to recreate those missing stems and mix/master the whole thing. Once we found a slot, turnaround was super fast and I was really happy with the first results, so much so that I went with the first mix back, almost unchanged. Highly recommended!

Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: both. depends what's needed for the song and what's the goal.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Banks - Beggin For Thread. Just because the artist is great in terms of writing melodies and lyrics but also knows when to leave it to the producer and mixing engineer. We developed a new sound in 2014 that's still up to date now.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: a lot
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: you only pay when you're happy!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: every day is different as every song is different.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: sending reference tracks that have nothing to do with your song. Arrangement is the key!

A: send me your rough first, maybe it's already there and you dont know it.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: check references in detail meaning what their role was on that particular song!

A: I start and focus on vocals first, then drums and bass to build the groove and vibe, music /synths) towards the end.

A: Focal Monitoring, Neumann, Monitoring, Hardware Synths (Prophet 6, OB-6, Juno 106, Rev2, Korg Minilogue), Waves, UAD, Soundtoys, Plug In Alliance, Fab Filter, basically every software on the market;-)
