Need a composition for lyrics

I need an arrangement for lyrics for a song I have written. The main genre is Alternative Irish Rock, but I'm also mixing other genres. The genre I'm looking for is something with a bit of punk rock, with a Green Day vibe. I would need it by the start of March if possible and I can send lyrics if needed. How much would you charge for a project like this?
