Largely renowned as one of the most influential mix engineer in the Italian industry, working with top selling artist and known for his heavy bass hitting mixes.

Patrick is probably one of the best out there. I like to call him "the hitmaker" because he has the amazing talent to take songs literally to the next level. He has an amazingly wide and deep sound, he can literally bring out the emotions of the song. I really recommend him if you want a world-quality work!

Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Emotions
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is described as very impactful, I crafted my "signature sound" around a very solid low end with very clear and defined vocals. My vocals are defined "on clouds" or "dreamy" being very clean, detailed and well surrounded by the instrumental that I like to make very large and deep, I love hard hitting drums and bass. Today the majority of the listeners listen to music on earphones or car and my goal is to make the listener feels like being wrapped by the song while being hit in the chest and stomach by the low end.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Understand the feelings of a song.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Ears, Feelings, my love for music, computer and speakers
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started as everyone does I think; from 2 speakers and a computer in my basement becoming then a known mix engineer in the Italian market crafting the sound of the majority of the new generation italian rap stars.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Urban Music
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work in my studio, a custom made room built around my speakers resulting in a flat response (+/- 2dB AES/EBU Standard) from 28Hz to 20KHz. Depending on the needs of the project I work full ITB or hybrid with a Summing Mixer.
