Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: I recently finished and released my first album 'No Eyes' and it is available everywhere. I produced, mastered, recorded and mixed the entire album myself.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: I am busy working on my second album and making music for other people.

Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: I just stumbled across this website so I have no idea of any other producers on here.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Analog when it comes to live instruments but I haven't really had a choice to work with analog because of my low budget. I believe as long as you know how to make something sound good it doesn't matter how much money you invest. All you need is the essentials and you're golden.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: I will work to the best of my ability until you are happy with your creation.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: I love everything about producing. From the creative side to the finer details. I love it all.

Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: Do you mix and master? - This is a very common one and the answer is yes I do. Can I get a guitar on this track? - Of course you can! Can you add vocals? - Most definitely.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: That not everyone can do it. With enough time and effort put in anyone can make a decent sounding track. You have to put in a lot of hard work though.

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

A: I ask what type of vibe they're feeling because if they're on a wave I try my best to ride that wave and give them exactly what they're looking for. I ask what genre they're looking for and if they're looking for an already made track or want me to tailor make them one.

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Make sure you know what you're looking for. If you're looking to be moulded into a style then be honest about it. Same goes if you know who you are and what you want.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: Apart from water and something to eat I would take: A synthesizer that has midi capabilities, A set of sennheiser monitor headphones, and a power generator, a macbook pro (With the power supply) and a usb microphone as not to bring an interface.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: My career path has always been musically orientated. Since I can remember I was singing. I'm a self-taught guitarist since the age of 9 and have been doing this up till now. I started playing the drums when I was 13 and quickly skipped grades as I was above average. When I was nearly 14 I got some recording equipment and i started recording my own covers. I qualified at Grade 6 for drums with rockschool at the age of 14. I got my first bass guitar at the age of 15 and quickly picked it up because of my guitar-playing background. In the early days of 2016 I had gotten extremely into production and would sit in my studio for days making music. in early 2016 I started learning to play the keyboard as well and learnt enough music theory to carry me. I have written hundreds of songs in many different genres and produced hundreds of beats. I recorded, produced and mastered my own album which is now released on the majority of distributors such as: iTunes, Spotify, etc.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: I would describe my style as modern, mainstream and unique.

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: I would love to work with Bryson Tillers producers because I know I could catch their vibe quite easily.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Always save your work.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Rnb, Hip-Hop, Folk, Alternative

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: My strongest skills are songwriting and beatmaking.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I bring realism to my tracks and I'm not afraid to stand for what I believe is right when it comes to a track. I'm very passionate about what I produce and I feel like I have many different skills and techniques I can bring to the studio.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: My typical work process varies depending on whether I am working to improve an older track or starting to create a new one. I am constantly digesting various types of music in order to always bring the best I can to the studio. I do not have a set work process as every genre is different and needs to be handled differently.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: I have a home studio equipped with an electronic drum kit (Yamaha DTXplorer), 2 midi keyboards, a Macbook pro, an Imac, a set of Samson Studiodock monitors, M-audio Firewire Solo, Sennheiser monitor headphones, Skullcandy Crusher, 3 recording mics, 1 condenser Microphone (Audio Technica AT2035)10 guitars including: Gibson les paul studio 2007 model, Squier P-bass, Flamenco guitar, Classical guitar, ESP LTD X-tone, Takemine Acoustic, Ibanez Rickenbacker 330 copy, Rocket Special Stratocaster, Ibanez Daytripper, Epiphone Emily the strange sg.
