  11. Q: What's your typical work process?

  12. A: We do boutique mastering with UNLIMITED REITERATIONS until the result is “Perfect!” Boutique, meaning the treatment is special and better than what you would get from commercial facilities. This includes tape, tubes, & class A processing.

  13. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  14. A: https://www.instagram.com/p/B4anfwggy-h/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link All gear at SSM was modified for better performance electronically and sonically. Our goal is not to be “typical”. We want our equipment to stand out as much as our skill set combined with decades of musical expertise. This was made easy by Sam Skaf’s academic and industry affiliations built over the past 28 years.
