I'm SAE and Berklee graduate sound engineer and longtime professional musician. I deal with audio production (as my main job) for the past 10 years. I have engineered, mixed, and mastered for large and indie labels' (in the region), but most of my work is related to the projects for a broadcasting, film and video.
I worked on more than 60 television shows, several high-profile documentaries, trailers, commercials, games and several cartoon series, creating music, sound design, Foley, ADR and mixing.
Because of my formal musical education and technical training, often involved in projects from preproduction phase

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: The first single of the new local artists named "Less". I was a producer and sound engineer. A very small budget, so we spent only 6 hours in a studio, and two days on my rig. Because of that single, he was offered a role in a movie!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Currently, I'm working on several projects; a trash metal album, power pop-rock album and TV documentary.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Macbook pro, headphones, beer, and grill...
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Powerfull. I like transients a lot.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: As a producer and sound engineer, certainly want to work with the CLA, Michael Brauer, Buch Vig, Rick Rubin, or Dave Pensado...For a variety of reasons, but it is crucial that all of them create magical music
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I'm always trying to keep my workflow simple. I do not like excessive use of effects, that is not the point. The point is to make a picture, and let them breathe, but effects can bring some interesting colors, so I'm following idea with all tools available.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: It's a very simple hybrid system; input into DAW (Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, or Nuendo...it's a just a tool, and don't care) through a different preamps (Neve, Focusrite, Audient, SSL), and just balancing. Some plug ins (Fab Fiter, Waves, Slate, Sonnox, Eventide...), and then into a Neve summing mixer, and good monitors (Focal, Adam, KRK).
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm not selective, I love music and many musicians inspire me, depends on the context. It can be Hans Zimmer, as well as Michael Jackson or Led Zeppelin, Daft Punk, Michael Brauer, Rick Rubin, Nile Rodgers, or CLA
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I' am a mixing engineer, but most of the time I'm dealing with fixing problems (editing, time quantization, phase coherency, dynamics).
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both. I like to work in a hybrid systems, because some music sounds better analog and alternatively some music, can benefit from digital. It’s a question of choice and musical taste.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I'll give my best I can for your song, as if it were my own.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Oh, I like music, and that's it.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Can you make me a bigger. Yes, sure....
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That is all that easy....

A: What do you want to achieve?
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I'm doing this for almost a 10 years, and I also spent a large part on education. So beside my job on broadcasting, I have worked for many local recognized artists.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Do not fix in the mix, because then you will only dealing with the problems. Make quality preparation before you get in the studio and you will keep the money and nerves.

A: I bring my own perspective and emotion.

Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Regardless of the knowledge, experience and ear, a patience and hard work are my greatest strengths. I never give up ...
