Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I bring more than 35 years of being passionate about listening to music, playing music, and music production. I pay attention to the smallest details and love pushing the limits with new ideas.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: Understanding the artist's vision for their project is where we start. Understanding how the artist pictures the final product provides some of the greatest direction. My next most important goal in the process, and it's critical, is getting the best possible sound on tape. It's from this effort that the rest of the production takes shape. Finalizing the project is driven by artist's vision and input.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: I have dedicated spaces for tracking and for mixing/mastering. Both designed to encourage a free-flow of creative energy. An atmosphere of inspiration is what I foster most.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: There is a lot of great talent today! Inspiration is everywhere.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: Most commonly I track, mix, and master for clients. I work with them through the entire project.
